Daytime features performances by local elementary and junior high students, stage programs and a children's area, giving families plenty to do before the main event. From Sapporo, take the Chuo Bus Tsukigata line from the Iwamizawa Terminal by JR Iwamizawa Station (about 50 minutes) and walk 15 minutes from Tsukigata Ekimae stop; by car it is about 60 minutes from Sapporo, with traffic restrictions around the venue on the day. Roughly 470 free parking spaces are available.
