Attendance is projected around 4,000. Access is the catch — JR Nayoro Station is a 110-minute taxi ride, so most visitors come by car via Monbetsu Okhotsk Airport, about 40 minutes away. Parking is limited to 70 free spaces at Joy Park Fureai no Mori, which makes carpooling or a lodging-plus-walk plan wise.
