Summary

The fireworks display of the 'Banryū Festival,' Tōma's largest summer festival held in Tōma Town, Kamikawa District, Hokkaido. The Banryū Festival is a dragon-themed event inspired by the legend that Tōma Limestone Cave is where dragon legends lie dormant.
