Summary

【*The event program is based on past information. Information will be updated once details for the upcoming event are confirmed.】The annual 'Blue Marine Festival,' which marks the end of summer in Oma Town, is held at Oma Port (former ferry wharf). The main highlight is the fireworks festival starting around 7:20 PM. Choreographed by pyrotechnicians from Omagari in Akita Prefecture, famous for fireworks, colorful fireworks are launched for about 40 minutes with the Tsugaru Strait as a backdrop. The lights reflecting on the water and the sound of explosions combine to create a sense of scale unique to the seaside. During the daytime, there are various stages and events including live performances by Naoki Sanada and Ringo Musume, YOSAKOI dance, and boat races, with the excitement gradually building to a climax toward dusk.
