From JR Watari Station, a shuttle bus stops at Watari Onsen Torino-Umae (a 2-minute walk) or a taxi takes about 10 minutes; drivers reach the site in 5 minutes from the Torino-Ume Smart IC. Parking spans about 3,500 spaces, with fees yet to be announced, and paid viewing seats are also available.
