On September 13 at Torinohama Park in Watari, Miyagi, an entire fireworks show is built from the songs of Keisuke Kuwata (the musician himself does not appear). Doors open 14:00 and the show starts 18:45, running about an hour of launches watched from fully reserved seating on the multipurpose lawn. It is the fifth edition of a post-2011 recovery series produced by GREAT SKY ART, the team that competed at Montreal's international fireworks festival.

Drivers buy an off-site parking pass at 4,000 yen that bundles shuttle rides for everyone in the car. Exiting after the finale is metered and slow, and the organizers suggest booking a night in Miyagi rather than racing home. Doors open at 14:00, nearly five hours before launch, with food stalls on site for the wait.
