Happo Fireworks Festival 2026

Summary

A fireworks and music event held in Happo Town, Akita Prefecture. Carrying on the tradition of the Oshima Fireworks Festival, which ended in 2023, an executive committee centered on the Chamber of Commerce Youth Division will hold the fireworks festival again in 2026. The fireworks launched from Oshima Island bloom into brilliant blossoms, coloring the night sky of Happo Town. The festival begins at 1:00 PM, featuring a variety of stage performances by local groups, bands, and artists. A food stall village is also set up, offering local specialties and regional cuisine.
