Opening events, food stalls, and kitchen cars begin at noon, with stage events starting around 12:30 PM. At night, Approx. 5,000 shells are launched, with shakudama (large shells) and starmines brilliantly coloring the night sky. The fireworks launch begins around 8:00 PM, with a climactic Approx. 60-min finale closing the festival.
