Reiwa 8 Inawashiro Fireworks Display

Summary

Held in Inawashiro Town, Fukushima, the highlight is the close-range fireworks launched from the riverbank. The venue is Inawashiro Town Sports Park, where Approx. 2,000 shells are launched from the Nagase River riverbank near the spectator seating, coloring the summer night sky. With few obstructions, visitors can enjoy powerful fireworks from within the park. Stage events and food stalls are also available, and before the fireworks launch, an Inawashiro taiko drum performance energizes the crowd. In case of stormy weather, the event will be canceled with no postponement.
