The logistics demand one decision: there is no parking at the venue itself. From 14:00, temporary lots at the town hall, the Camerina gymnasium, the Manabina exchange center, and in front of Inawashiro Station feed a free shuttle. A taxi from JR Inawashiro Station covers the 7 minutes otherwise. Paid viewing seats are available. Crucially, the event carries no rain date — bad weather means cancellation — so the Inawashiro Tourism Association's announcements are essential reading on a doubtful day.
