Marking its 49th edition in 2026, this is a summer tradition in Tone Town, Ibaraki. The main stage features Bon Odori dancing, offering a nostalgic, old-fashioned summer festival atmosphere. On the Tonegawa River, Tokumanji Temple's Segaki ritual (floating lantern ceremony) is solemnly performed, and visitors can enjoy the collaboration between the fantastical floating lanterns reflected on the water and the powerful fireworks unfolding right before their eyes.
