Summary

An original fireworks festival held in Numata City, Gunma Prefecture, incorporating cutting-edge musical fireworks performances throughout. The Numata Fireworks Festival was revived in 2013 (Heisei 25) after a 43-year hiatus, and is held with the aim of improving every year and sharing the wonders of Numata with as many people as possible. Paid seats (reservation required) are available for viewing fireworks from the front row, offering a powerful experience. Due to expected crowds on the day, use of public transportation is recommended.
