Saitama City's fireworks are split across three venues in the city, and the Higashi-Urawa, Omaagi Park show runs on August 8. From 7:30 pm, rapid-fire bursts, star mines and other varied fireworks color the night sky; the 2025 edition drew roughly 50,000 visitors. Only paid-seat holders and invited guests may enter Omaagi Park itself. A general viewing area is provided as well, but entry restrictions can be imposed when it gets crowded, so go in early. From JR Higashi-Urawa Station, follow the guided route to the viewing areas on a 15-minute walk. There is no parking, so come by public transport, and check the official website for the end time.
