What time do the fireworks go up?

Parking covers about 2,500 cars, centred on the west (zoo) gate side, with lots near the east gate too. It is paid: 1,000 yen on weekdays and 1,500 yen on weekends and holidays for a regular car. The park is a 10-minute walk from Tobu Zoo Station's west exit.
