Summary

The 18th Shiki Citizens' Fireworks Festival will be held on November 22 (Sat), 2025 from 18:00 at the Arakawa riverbed outside the levee of Akigase General Sports Ground. This is the first time in 10 years since the festival was last held in 2015, with approximately 5,000 shells scheduled to light up the autumn night sky. The program features spectacular shaku shells and gorgeous star mines that will delight audiences. Previously held in July, the festival was moved to November this year to avoid heatstroke and weather risks. Additionally, during the daytime before the fireworks launch, events for children such as parkour experiences are also planned. In case of rain, both the fireworks and children's events will be cancelled with no postponement.
