Held at Oyumino Pond, a large pond in a residential area, it is characterized by a warm, homey atmosphere as it is organized by the neighborhood association. The show opens with a giant star mine and set-piece fireworks, followed by large and medium star mines launched one after another in sync with music. Food stalls are also planned to be set up around the venue.
