Mikurashima is a small island located 200 kilometers south of Tokyo and 18 kilometers south of Miyakejima, with a circumference of approximately 16 kilometers and a diameter of 5 kilometers. On this beautiful island of untouched nature, a fireworks festival is held surrounded by the great outdoors. Approximately 1,000 shells, primarily sizes 2.5 to 4, light up the night sky.
