Summary

The Edogawa Fireworks Festival reaches its 51st milestone in 2026. The festival is characterized by richly layered, multi-structured fireworks and effects synchronized with background music, all orchestrated by Kagiya, the esteemed fireworks house with over 360 years of history. The opening sequence launches 1,000 shells in just 5 seconds for a breathtaking start, followed by one of Japan's largest Mount Fuji set pieces, and a climactic, relentless barrage of golden kamuro shells that is truly spectacular. General sales of paid seating begin around mid-June (see the official website for details).
