7th Akigawa River Basin Fireworks Festival

Summary

The Akigawa River Basin Fireworks Festival is held at the Tokyo Summerland No. 2 Parking Lot. As one of the largest autumn fireworks festivals in Tokyo, approx. 5,000 shells are launched, accompanied by popular children's songs and nostalgic tunes, creating a spectacular fusion of music and fireworks. From early afternoon, performances by local dance groups and traditional performing arts groups are scheduled, allowing visitors to experience the unique charm of the region. Food and drink booths open from daytime through evening feature local cuisine from the Akigawa River area, making this a warm-hearted festival where families and friends can relax and enjoy a full day together.
