Held in Itoigawa City, located at the westernmost tip of Niigata Prefecture, the Itoigawa Fireworks Festival is a spectacular event. One of its charms is that at the Oumi Seaside Park venue, you can lie down on the grass and watch the fireworks. Colorful fireworks including Super Starmines are launched over 30 minutes, with approximately 800 shells. Because they are launched up close, you can enjoy fireworks with incredible intensity.
