A festival held annually on August 7th, Fireworks Day, in Ichikawamisato Town, Yamanashi Prefecture. As one of the largest-scale events in the prefecture, approximately 20,000 shells are launched from the Fuefuki Riverbank downstream of Sangun Bridge. A major highlight is the music-synchronized program, with story-driven productions blending visual and auditory elements that brilliantly color the night sky. The event draws around 200,000 visitors each year, with approximately 80 food stalls near the venue offering a variety of gourmet options. Crowds are expected on the day, so using public transportation and arriving early is recommended. There are also ample paid seating areas, ideal for those who want to enjoy the show comfortably without the stress of securing a spot.
