30th Villagers' Summer Festival

Summary

Held in Yasuoka Village (Yasuoka-mura), Shimoina District, Nagano Prefecture, the 'Villagers' Summer Festival' is a small-scale festival organized primarily by local residents. Each year, it features a spectacular fireworks display as its centerpiece, along with colorful stalls and engaging stage events. With approximately 400 shells of launched fireworks and a warm, community-rooted atmosphere, visitors can also enjoy food and drink from the food stalls around the venue. The opening features performances by local residents that build excitement for the festival's start. The 2026 edition, marking the 30th anniversary, will include special celebratory events.
