Summary
The 95th edition in 2026, this is one of the largest fireworks displays in Nagano Prefecture, held in Chikuma City. Approximately 10,000 shells of fireworks dance across the Chikuma Riverbank. With star mines launched one after another, visitors can experience the reverberating sounds unique to the mountain valley venue. A viewing area is set up at the closest permitted distance (within safety limits) from the launch site, allowing for a thoroughly immersive and powerful fireworks experience.
