Summary

At Kami-Suwa Onsen (Lake Suwa) in Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture, the 'Lake Suwa Summer Night Fireworks' are held over a total of 30 days. This is a regular Lake Suwa fireworks festival that resonates with all five senses with booming sounds. During the event period, approx. 500 shells are launched over about 10 minutes starting at 20:30. The fireworks synchronized with music blooming over the lake evoke the feeling of summer.
