Held to promote regional development, give dreams and hometown memories to children who will carry the future, and pay tribute to the souls of those who perished in the Battle of Kawanakajima, this is a festival in the Koshoku district of Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture. Stage events begin at 13:00 on the day, featuring band performances, brass band music, Tahitian dance, a big bingo tournament, cheer performances, and more.
