Held to pray for the safety of the Ibi River and express gratitude for the river's blessings in Ibi District, Gifu Prefecture. Message stickers with collected thank-you messages and wishes are attached to the fireworks and launched into the night sky, hence the name "Thank You Fireworks." It is a heartwarming event filled with the thoughts and wishes of the local community, not just visual beauty. Approximately 2500 shells are launched over 45 minutes.
