Ajiro Onsen Maritime Fireworks Display

Summary

A maritime fireworks display with 2,000 shells launched from Ajiro Bay every year on August 16. A floating lantern ceremony is also held on Taga Bay, creating a fantastical scene combined with the fireworks' light. With fish-shaped fireworks, aerial Niagara, and 'horizontal maritime star mines' launched diagonally from the sea, the variety of fireworks is rich and impressive.
