Summary

An annual event held at Atami Bay in Shizuoka Prefecture. This historic fireworks festival began in 1952 and is a famous Atami attraction held more than 10 times throughout the year. The 5000 shells launched continuously reflect beautifully on the sea, brightly dyeing the night sky. The highlight is the grand aerial Niagara that adorns the finale each time. When launched simultaneously from across the entire venue, silver light cascades abundantly over the sea in a dazzling display.
