Summary
A historic event that began in 1952 in Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture, held more than 10 times throughout the year, not just in summer, and has become a famous Atami attraction. The venue, Atami Bay, is a basin-shaped topography surrounded by mountains on three sides, creating a stadium-like acoustic effect as the sound of fireworks launched from the sea reverberates. Furthermore, the reflection of the fireworks on the water surface is beautiful, creating a fantastical scene.
