The Japan Line Summer Festival Long-Run Fireworks are held nightly along the Kiso River, around the lower reach of the Twin Bridge, from Saturday, August 1 to Monday, August 10, 2026. Each night from 20:00 to 20:10, some 300 fireworks including star mines rise from small boats floating on the river. Running ten nights in a row, the series lets travelers pick whichever evening suits their itinerary. The Kiso River forms the border between Inuyama City in Aichi and Kakamigahara City in Gifu, and across the water the floodlit Inuyama Castle, a national treasure, comes into view. The sight of the castle and the fireworks sharing one frame is what sets this display apart. Meitetsu Inuyama-Yuen Station is the nearest stop, with JR Unuma Station an 8-minute walk to the south.
