Summary
The fireworks display of the 'Octopus Festival' held on Himakajima Island in Minamichita Town, Chita District, Aichi Prefecture, known as a famous octopus-producing area. At the venue, Higashihama Beach (Sunrise Beach), in addition to shima-daiko and tenrin-daiko drum performances, aerial fireworks and set-piece fireworks are held. The fireworks blooming overhead are so powerful that the sound and vibration resonate through the body.
