Summary
The fireworks display of the Asuke Summer Festival, which originates from the Asuke Gion Festival. Launched from the Asuke Grounds on a hill in the town, the fireworks can be seen from anywhere in Asuke. They are especially visible from the river promenade and the bridge. The river is illuminated with hanging lanterns and the streets are lined with 'tankororin' lanterns, filling the town of Asuke with light and bustling with crowds of people.
