Summary
A fireworks festival in Toba City, Mie Prefecture, where you can experience the power of fireworks. The famous underwater fireworks color the entire sea surface like a flower garden, and when the 1-shaku shells burst, the air trembles. A wide variety of fireworks boldly color Toba Bay and liven up the venue. Viewing is possible from the embankment walkway, Shiroyama Park, and near Dolphin Park. Paid spectator seats for viewing the spectacular fireworks from premium spots are also planned. The Toba Minato Festival is a festival of Sanuki Kotohira-gu Toba Bunsha, and a sacred maritime procession (parade of illuminated boats) is also held.
