By car it is about 5 minutes from Owase-Kitai IC or Owase-Minami IC on the Kisei route, with free parking (800 spaces in total) at sites such as the city timber market and Owase City Hall. From the harbor-front viewing area you can take in both the bursts and their reflections on the water.
