Summary
A fireworks festival held annually in Taiki Town, Watarai District, Mie Prefecture, cherished as a summer tradition. Approximately 1000 shells including 12-inch shells and star mines are launched over 60 minutes. The fireworks launched from the breakwater of Nishiki Bay scorch the night sky, while the roaring sound echoing through the mountains and the beautiful light reflecting on the sea surface enhance the summer atmosphere. Bon dancing is also held during the festival, adding to the excitement.
