Summary

Details for upcoming events will be updated as they are finalized.] Launched in 1989 as a handmade fireworks festival by citizen volunteers, it has now grown into one of Osaka's largest and most popular summer traditions. The 37th edition was held under the theme 'Laugh, Shine, and Paint a Future on the Skies of Naniwa!' Visitors can enjoy a spectacular volume of fireworks including simultaneous launches of 12-inch shells.
