[*The fireworks display on August 10 (Sun), 2025 was canceled due to bad weather, including the backup date of August 11 (Mon)] A fireworks display in Arida City, Wakayama Prefecture, where a variety of fireworks including aerial shells and display fireworks can be enjoyed from both banks of the Arida River. The Kibun Festival is a summer festival commemorating the wealthy merchant 'Kinokuniya Bunzaemon', who sailed into stormy seas to transport mandarin oranges to Edo. With easy access just a 5 min walk from Minoshima Station, getting home is also easy.
