A fireworks display held along the Hii River in Unnan, Shimane. A historic festival dating back to the early Meiji era, the pedestrian-only shopping street is lined with night stalls and bustling with crowds. 1500 shells are launched over 20 minutes, and the viewing area is only about 120 meters from the launch site, allowing visitors to enjoy the fireworks up close.
