The 48th Tsuyama Noryo Gongo Festival IN Yoshii River

Summary

The Tsuyama Noryo Gongo Festival, held in Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture, is a beloved local summer tradition. On the second night, approx. 5500 shells of fireworks brilliantly illuminate the sky above the Yoshii River. At the Yoshii River Riverside Green Park venue, a rich variety of fireworks including star mines and shakudama (large shells) are launched one after another in rhythm, dynamically transforming the night sky. Stage events are also well-organized from the evening, ensuring visitors are entertained throughout. The event will be canceled in case of stormy weather, so be sure to check the weather on the day.
