Summary
A fireworks display held upstream of Ashida River Bridge in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Viewable from both banks of the river, you can experience the power of approx. 16,000 shells with your whole body. From the sponsored seats on both banks, you can enjoy the spectacular fireworks up close. Individual sponsorship seat applications start in early June. The Fukuyama Summer Festival also features events such as the "Niagari Odori Dance Festival" on August 13 (Thu) and "Irohamaru YOSAKOI" on August 14 (Fri).
