The fireworks display begins at 8:00 PM and lasts for 20 minutes. The festival venue is a special site at the Yume Mart Kawatana parking lot, a summer tradition bustling with stage events and stalls, and a place to enjoy the beautiful seaside scenery. Toyoura-cho also offers many tourist attractions, including the 800-year-old Kawatana Onsen hot spring and fresh seafood.
