Overview
The two venues are Minno Health and Disaster Prevention Park in Miyoshi and Riverside Park in Mima, about 30 minutes on foot from JR Eguchi Station. Driving is easy - roughly 10 minutes from the Mima IC on the Tokushima Expressway - but heavy congestion is expected, and JR is the recommended mode. Parking is tied to ticketing: viewing seats come with the option of a parking voucher for purchasers, so standalone parking is effectively unobtainable. Stage events run from 11:00, with fireworks slated for 19:00-21:00. November nights in the Shikoku mountains are properly cold - bring near-winter gear. Central Tokushima is just over an hour away by car, allowing combinations with the preserved Mima old town or the Iya Valley.
