Summary
A major event that enlivens summer in Muroto City, Kochi Prefecture, with approx. 4000 shells illuminating the night sky of Muroto. Before the fireworks launch, Yosakoi dancing is performed, further energizing the festival. A fishing boat parade offering cruises around Cape Muroto is also held from around 2:30 PM. In case of stormy weather, postponed to August 29 (Sun).
