Summary

A fireworks show revived in 2018 in Gonoura Town, Iki City, Nagasaki Prefecture after about 40 years. Since 2019, it has been held under the theme 'Gentle fireworks to remember hometown on Iki Island.' By launching fireworks, the event delivers energy and smiles, providing a moment to brightly illuminate hometown Iki. In 2025, multiple 1-shaku (approx. 30 cm) shells will be launched for the first time.
