A large-scale fireworks display held in Oita City, Oita Prefecture. Ikushima Fireworks, based in Bungo-ono City, is in charge of the launch, and you can enjoy spectacular fireworks launched from upstream of the Benten Ohashi Bridge over the Oita River. Stage events start at 17:00, with the fireworks launch scheduled to begin at 19:30. Paid viewing areas and bleacher seats go on sale from early July. Check the official website for details.
