Begun in 1959, it has become a beloved summer tradition in the region. Approx. 10000 shells illuminate the night sky, drawing approx. 80000 spectators each year, making it one of the largest displays in Kyushu. Enjoy rapid-fire sequences, simultaneous launches of set-piece fireworks, and a collaboration of music and fireworks.
