Summary

Held on Amami Oshima, Kagoshima Prefecture, this event is cherished as the largest fireworks festival in the Amami Islands. Approx. 3000 shells are launched over Approx. 30 minutes at Suko Bay (Uken Village, Yun). The festival begins at 14:00, featuring stage performances by local children, a participatory karaoke contest, a joint hula dance by high school students, and a singing performance by 'Amagos' on stage. Fireworks are then launched from 19:00.
